New Conservation Award Aims to Honor Conservationists in SE Idaho
In honor of Bill Davidson’s dedication to southeastern Idaho, its beautiful places and wildlife, the Sagebrush Steppe Land Trust and Davidson and Hulet families have established the annual Bill Davidson Conservation Award. As we go to press, we’re evaluating nominees and plan to announce a winner by the first of July.
We’re looking for people who shared Bill’s passion for conservation, who have achieved something significant in this field in southeastern Idaho, and who have served as volunteers to advance this important work for communities and wildlife. We hope this award will raise the profile of local men and women who work tirelessly to ensure that Idaho’s remarkable natural resources endure for the benefit of future generations.
If you would like to nominate someone, please email babette@sagebrushlandtrust.org for a nomination form.
