Sagebrush Steppe Land Trust (SSLT) was founded in 2004 with the goal of protecting, connecting, and enhancing wildlife habitats, working lands, and community spaces for all generations. Over the past 20 years, SSLT has taken shape into a robust and dynamic organization to meet that mission across Southeast Idaho. As SSLT staff and stakeholders have worked to take stock of what we do and how we do it, the 2026-2036 Strategic Vision has been developed to act as a guide for this critical work over the next 10 years. Together, we determined our priorities, identified challenges, and formulated how our values will inform how we continue our work in years to come.
